I have lost 20 lbs in the last 6 months without even trying and am almost completely off my blood
pressure medication that I have been on all my life! That's what I call a shift. What used to be my
pleasure, chocolate, sweets, heavier foods and such no longer even make me happy. I do not crave any
foods really, I hardly eat it seems. It is the DNA work you do, I know. My body just doesnt want that
